she got her diploma in law from st marry college, Diploma in participatory rural appraisal from fura college and International diploma in social studies from Dutch university. In addition she have certificate in human right and development, Certificate in lively hood and poverty reduction management, human resource management, paralegal training, result based management training, accountability training, justice and peace training.
Currently, beside her regular job, Belaynesh is one of EWLA Hawassa branch office volunteer as a family councilors, women empowerment, free legal therapy, psychological training for women’s who are in need of it based on experience.
